Painting nicely is one of the best ways to show your product appearance. Many different color can be replicated as per pantone books in matte, flat, semi-gloss or glossy finishes.

Soft-Touch Painting

A soft-touch paint coating can be done on almost any surface, either plastic or metal. This type of paint is done as a matte-finished, non-slip texture that also blocks glare and hides fingerprints. it’s usually used for hand-held controllers and front panel on consumer goods that get touched a lot. 

One advantage of the coating is clear and the color of base material will never be changed, It is well knew for Product developers that soft coating are not a substitute for a actual rubber or elastomer overmoldings, but are much more durable.

Anodizing 

Barana Rapid will provide anodizing onto aluminum, magnesium or titanium parts. Anodizing will give a special surface to resist corrosion, increase surface hardness, and improve resistance to wear and dissipate heat. Absolutely it is an ideal surface treatment for painting and printing. 

Normally we use Type Ⅱanodizing, allowing us to add tins or dyes to your parts to enhance their looks, Type Ⅲ can be available for surfaces,but it is some harder than Type Ⅱ.

Pad Printing

If A company’s brand name or logo need to be printed on the surface, How should we do? We will advise to use pad printing. It is very simple theory that the logo is embossed onto a hard rubber block, This looks like a stamp that we use to imprint simple words and graphics on flat or slightly curved surfaces. The advantage of pading printing is very inexpensive and fast,but can only be a single color at a time. 

Silk Screen Printing

So if you have a complex graphic you want to apply, we start to consider silk screen printing. a fine mesh screen that’s partially covered by a stencil of the desired pattern will be use for silkscreen process. Advantage is that much more complicated images or multiple colors by using types of different screens and stencils are used in series.
